Many of our customers have specific questions about our professional maid services. Here are just a few of the frequently asked questions we hear at White Glove Cleaners.

Billing Questions

You can cancel or reschedule till 3pm of the day before your cleaning appointment. If cancelling after 3pm on the day before your cleaning appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee in the amount of $50.

Yes, during booking you can choose one of the recurring service. Once a week 15%, biweekly 10%, once in 3 weeks 7%, monthly 5%. Discount will be applied starting with your second appointment.

Tips are always appreciated but not required. You can always call us and we can add a tip amount after work is done.

We process all payments through our secure online portal. We accept all major debit/credit cards. We do not take personal checks.

Your card gets charged at 3pm on the day prior to a scheduled cleaning. If the amount is changed from what you initially booked, we can always adjust it during or after the cleaning.

We welcome all extra details to help with the cleaning of your home or apartment. White Glove Cleaner seeks to satisfy customer needs in full, so please feel free to leave any instructions when booking.

It is all up to you. Just make sure to provide us with detailed instructions before our cleaning team gets to your doorstep. There will be a space when booking to write any notes or comments that will help us perform the best service.

Every hour that is outside of our regular schedule will cost double. This type of cleaning service is a special request, so make sure to book with us in advance!

We are open 9am till 8pm Monday through Sunday. After hours are also available at a different price.

Service Questions

We love furry friends. But make sure to let us now about pets while booking since some of our workers may have bad health reactions to certain pets.

No we don’t clean up after pets unfortunately.

White Glove provides hourly services which start at a 2-hour minimum appointment at a cost of $55 an hour.

An office cleaning is booked by the hour. Since you know your space best, you can let us know how many hours will be needed. If it’s hard for you to estimate, we will be more than happy to send one of our professionals to evaluate the place.

Our pricing is based on apartment size and the cleaning options selected on our booking form. We do offer hourly services as well. You can check prices on our pricing board which you can find when scheduling a cleaning on our booking page.

Deep cleaning is recommended for people who do not undergo a professional cleaning for a month or more. We will clean your apartment from top to bottom and will make sure your place is spotless.

We clean all kinds of kitchen appliances including: microwaves, glass-ceramic cooktops, stovetops, painted enamel, brushed stainless steel appliances, ovens, vent hoods, fridges, freezers, and more!

Supplies Questions

We do bring green cleaning supplies if you requested it while booking. You can always leave any specific products for us in your home as well.

White Glove Cleaner does not bring a vacuum to a small regular cleaning. We do bring it for post-construction and move-in/move-out cleaning appointments if it was requested in advance. Our cleaners bring a Swiffer mop if the “cleaning supplies” button was added during booking.

This is optional. While booking, you can add the ‘cleaning supplies’ button which will make sure our team brings all of the necessary products. We’re also happy to use any products you leave for us at your home.
